Limitations

This is a voluntary, non-scientific checkpoint. The percentage change describes 21 response records; it does not establish statistical significance or measure Chatham-Kent public opinion.

PUBLIC RECORD

Facts drawn from official public records and linked to the sources below.

  1. 01

The Municipality describes the 2026 budget as the second annual update to the 2024–2027 multi-year budget and publishes the approved budget, capital plan and service-level material through its budget record.

INTELLISYNC VIEW

The checkpoint keeps the same leading option but broadens the accountability test: residents need both the result and the service-and-cost baseline needed to judge it. A budget total without either measure remains incomplete.

ACCOUNTABILITY QUESTION

Which quarterly table will connect each material service cost to its approved level, current result and reason for variance?
